Let's get glowing

Use every night in your evening skincare routine.

Apply 3-5 drops of the Exfoliating Cell Renewal Serum to your fingertips and in a gentle circular movement, massage into your skin working out towards the edges of your face. Tap gently with the flat of your hand to help with absorption. Be careful to avoid the eye area.

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Alpha Hydroxy Acids can increase sensitivity to the sun so always use in conjunction with BASE Protection– SPF 50.

Aqua, orange blossom water (citrus aurantium), niacinamide (vitamin B3), vitamin C (sodium ascorbyl phosphate), apple fruit extract (pyrus malus), lemon fruit extract (citrus medica limonum), blueberry fruit extract (vaccinium myrtillus), sugarcane (saccharum officinarum), grapeseed oil (vitis vinifera), propylene glycol, lactic acid, citric acid, glycolic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate), vegetable glycerin, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin.

      AHAs

AHA stands for Alpha Hydroxy Acids. AHAs are chemical compounds that can either be naturally occurring or synthetic (For example, Glycolic Acid is derived from sugarcane). AHAs are a form of chemical exfoliation and are used as an alternative to manual or granular scrubs. They work by dissolving the bonds between skin cells to allow for the removal of dead skin. This subsequently provides a more even, smooth and radiant complexion.

      Cell Renewal
The cells on the top layer of our skin (the stratum corneum) are in a constant process of renewal. The average skin cycle is 28 days long although this cycle slows as we age. Shedding old skin cells stimulates the formation of new, healthy ones.

      Hyperpigmentation
Hyperpigmentation is a medical term used to describe darker patches of skin. They are caused by an overproduction of melanin (the cell that gives our skin its colour) and can occur for many reasons such as sun damage, changes in hormones, acne scarring etc.

      Niacinamide

Also known as Vitamin B3, Niacinamide is a highly effective skin-restoring ingredient. It helps to reduce the appearance of enlarged pores, fine lines and prevents a dull complexion. It also helps to repair damage caused to the skin by UV radiation and pollutants.

                  A note from Amy

“Everyone loves to exfoliate their skin because of the instant results. But, if you exfoliate incorrectly you can actually do more harm than good. Face scrubs for example are very harsh and cause micro tears that disrupt your skin barrier, leading to sensitivity, redness and irritation.

To deliver all the benefits of exfoliation without any of the side effects, our exfoliator is formulated as a serum and filled with active ingredients. This ensures you wake up glowing and radiant, every single morning.”
