A little update from BASE

I hope you’ve had a peaceful weekend after what turned out to be a week for the history books.

I personally was deeply saddened by the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. To me, she was a timelessly remarkable and inspiring woman and I know she meant so much to so many, even if it was through the screen of a television or the pages of a paper.

So, with consideration to the official mourning period, there will be a pause in any social media or blog posts from BASE and we’ll be back with you from Tuesday 20th September.

By then, we’ll be able to give you an official date for the return of our beloved Eye Complex which sold out this week, and we’ll have a Kit update for you as well. The Kit looks likely to sell-out in the next couple of days too, but I promise we’re doing all we can to get it back to you by the end of this month.

In the meantime, although I won’t be posting online, all orders will be going out as usual and please know I am only a message away if you need anything at all.

Sending my deepest sympathies both to the Royal Family and to anyone else who feels this tremendous loss…In the words of The Queen herself ‘Grief is the price we pay for love’.
