Wow, can you believe it? This is my last blog before Christmas! đ It feels like 2024 has flown by in the blink of an eye.
If you follow me on Instagram, youâll know that Will and I are escaping to the sun this Christmas. Despite often being the âsun police,â we decided a little winter warmth would be the perfect way to recharge before the whirlwind of the New Year begins.
When we shared our plans, we were overwhelmed by the kindest messages from family, friends, and, of course, this amazing community. Everyone encouraged us to switch off and truly decompress. But can I share a little secret with you?

A Joyful Part of Our Journey
Although we donât have kids yet, running BASE feels a bit like having one. Itâs something we cherish deeply. Just like a parent might adapt their schedule for their little one, we wouldnât have it any other way. BASE is our pride and joy, and bringing it with us wherever we go feels completely natural.
Earlier this month, someone referred to this as âentrepreneurial spirit.â But honestly, I donât see myself as an entrepreneur. At my core, Iâm a skin expert, and helping you achieve your skin goals is what fuels me every single day.
Celebrating 2024: A Year of Growth and Gratitude
Looking back, 2024 has been such a monumental year for BASE. Together, weâve celebrated the launch of some incredible products: The Everything Oil, Pin Perfect, and the iconic BASE Bow. These have quickly become essentials in our range and I honestly canât imagine BASE without them now.
