Your points are valid for 12 months, so you’ll have plenty of time to put them to good use!

Points are added to your account 14 days after a purchase is made. They’ll be applied automatically. If you don’t see your points after 14 days, just reach out to hello@baseskncare.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
Only one discount or offer can be used per transaction, so we recommend choosing the option that gives you the biggest savings!
If an order is cancelled or returned, any pending points related to it will be removed from your account.
If you’ve bought BASE before but don’t yet have an account, you'll need to create one.
