How to use

Apply liberally to your arms and legs 2-3 times a week and massage gently into your skin. For maximum absorption, apply to damp skin after your bath or shower. If your skin will be exposed to sunlight, always apply a body SPF 50 on top.

I love this product. I have had bumpy lumps on my calf’s for a few years now and nothing it did got rid of them.
