3. Side Sleeping Pillow
Now before we go any further, yes, this is as extra as it sounds! But, I am perhaps the heaviest sleeper I know and quite frankly, a hurricane could sweep through our street and I’d likely snooze through it. This means my face is often smooshed into my pillow which can add to the formation of lines and wrinkles over time.
