How to use

The treatment takes 5-10 minutes and should be done twice a week, with equal days apart. For example, on a Wednesday and Sunday evening.

1. Start your PM routine with a double cleanse using the Dream Clean Cleanser, so you’re working on freshly cleaned skin.

2. Gently roll the TLC Roller across your forehead, cheeks, chin and neck, using light pressure and a steady pace.

Create a crosshatch pattern in each area by rolling up and down for 3 counts vertically, 3 counts horizontally and 3 counts diagonally in both directions.

3. Once complete, spray the Roller head with your Sanitising Spritz, rinse it in lukewarm water and return it to its case.

Finish the rest of your 5 Minute Kit evening routine as normal and apply Sunbeam Cream - SPF 50 liberally the next morning, to protect your skin from sun exposure.
